  1. Thank you for pictures carrying the greatness of what can be done with stone. Very few trees were harmed in creation of those roads and buildings. Human beings? Okay, they may not have done as well.

  2. These beautifully composed images are timeless Lucile. Who knew that streets could have such a depth of emotion. They are beckoning me to walk along them. It’s been a long while since I’ve dabble in black and white but you’ve inspired me. Ahoy from Baly Bay in Madagascar where we are patiently waiting for a window to cross the Mozambique Channel.
