This week’s photo challenge asks for a cheeky image.
When I was photographing the father of my friend Christel back in July, he was intrigued by the number of clicks he heard. That’s when I got this adorably cheeky expression.
This man was resting while probably waiting for whoever was accompanying him, during a visit to the Alhambra palace in Granada, Spain. With a cigar on his mouth, holding the camera and looking nowhere, sounded a bit cheeky to me.
What do you think?

Great photos, Lucile. The man with the cigar looks like quite the character, doesn’t he? I imagine some fun, very cheeky conversations with him!

Thanks, Lois. I imagined that you’d have liked this photo and also a chat with the man. And I’d have joined you!

Cristel definitely has a cheeky expression, Lucile. The first thing I noticed about the second man is that he looks bored. The second thing was that he has an Australian cowboy hat exactly like mine! 🙂 But I don’t do cigars.

You nailed, Janet. He seemed bored waiting for whoever. You surely look better with your cowboy hat and no cigar! Cheers!

Absolutely love the portrait – great capture of his warm (I’m assuming) personality.
