This my submission to this week’s Photo Challenge: Relax.
I shot with a Olympus MD using a macro lens 60mm (120mm) F. 2.8. No post processing. The sky was pink at twilight and the pols (used by fishermen to connect the nets), are reflecting the golden colors of sunset.

Here is what was asked:
Life can be stressful. Work commitments, family trouble, financial obligations: the list goes on. And sometimes, it can all get a little too overwhelming.
That’s why it’s so important to make time to just relax. Whether through meditation, a quiet walk, a day at the beach, or whatever else, we all need to find a way to unwind, rest, and put ourselves at ease.
This week, share a photo that makes you feel as relaxed as a cat taking a peaceful nap on a pillowed bench.

Nothing can be more relaxing than watching Nature’s beauty.

Enjoy the pictures with good lighting and composition. Unless you are lucky, you have to carefully plan and wait for good lighting.

Thanks much. It was really beautiful light but very windy and cold. It was worth waiting for it.

Yes, just spring and summer when there is wind.

These are all beautifully relaxing, Lucile. You know that I, too, often find my relaxation in nature and I was out this morning enjoying the snow. 🙂

Well, I was just lucky to go out and watch the sunset and that gave me the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful light for pics. It was freezing cold though, not the type of temos you’d have missed.
And no dang bridges.

I’ve never been to Amsterdam in winter, I’d like to ice skate on a canal. I’ve never seen the tulip fields either!
