This week’s WordPress photo challenge is Frame.
I selected a few old and new shots to interpret it.
The photos above were taken along the Amsterdam-Rijnkanaal. I was experimenting with long exposure. The first shot frames nature, whilst the second, frames…the bike frame and the biker.
And here is also a play with shadows and bike frames. Yes, I know, Amsterdam and bikes…the usual.

The one below was taken at the rear side of Amsterdam’s central station, overlooking the water.
And to keep true to the cliche, let me finish with a typical Dutch image of its house’s in small villages.
I really like the one of Amsterdam Central Station – seems like a great vantage point.

Thank you! Indeed it’s a great location to photograph. The roof is stunning, all framed. I have posted it before. Worth checking via Google.

That last one might be typical, Lucile, but I think it is beautiful. Great shots, all of them.

Thank you Debbie! Do you think the watermark is well placed? I used to place it at the bottom, and just recently moved to the side.
I know I can’t really avoid that people use it without permission, but still watermark, for my peace of mind. What’s your take on it?

Really? Haha! Just a bit absent, though. Not much mystery going on except for too much work! 😖
Thank you, Drake!
