I love this Lucile. It’s a great angle, and the shadows are fabulous.

Lucile, great vantage point and framing. I cannot imagine it in color, because the monochrome gives the composition (especially the people) and contrast such emphasis. Happy Photo Challenge.

Well, not really. First week was a course and then a family member was unwell and went to hospital. All is fine now and I can finally relax.

Excellent street scene, it looks as if you paid the people to stand in just the right places! Brilliant 🙂

Thank you, that’s quite a nice compliment. Much appreciated. But I won’t spread it as they may want to be paid! 😉

OMG this image is SOOOOOOO good. The POV is wonderful and those shadows are magnificent! That you captured it with an iPhone makes it that much more amazing. I would hang this on my wall if I had one.!

OK, we’ve got one agreement: no more bridges. One more request. No more photos of Amsterdam. Everytime I see one, it makes me want to hop a plane and land in Schiphol, down a cappuccino in an airport cafe while watching people pass. Maybe you’ll just have to move to…say, Paris. Or Timbuktu.

Now you’re asking too much. No more photos of Amsterdam? I live here! You practically ask me to sell my camera and iPhone, as Paris, err, it’s not a good idea nor is Timbuktu.
Let’s make a deal. As I know you won’t hop a plane and land in Schiphol, you can just start talking about it, blogging about it and posting your Dutch photos, so we will be even, right?
