And there was a one-week old bouquet of flowers, ready to go to the garbage.
The strong leaves resisted, and deserved a shot. As much as this sad flower.
I am joining Lens and Pens by Sally, who hosts each Monday the Sally D’s Mobile Photography Challenge.
Shot with an iPhone5 using the app Camera+ macro.
The schedule theme for this week’s challenge is: Macro
Thanks for visiting!
OMG is this shot on Iphone?

I adore each of them. The macro shot gives them the attention deserved. Each phase of a flower and leaf’s life cycle have their appeal. Well done. Happy Photo Challenge.

I like both and often take photos of dead or dying plants. They have so much beauty, as you showed so well.

oh but I’d have to go there then! i rarely go there – i just answer from my emails…… never mind, I’ll just have to bore you with more commentary 🙂

Oops…actually I don’t have that other button just because I prefer the commentary but don’t mind if people visit and leave no comment.

He never died! lol. Go to the apple store and check the app camera+. There you can make macro photos. Worth trying. Super quality.

They installed an app that allows me to find out how much money I owe for speeding tickets. I owe a lot!

That’s a very useful app! Stop spending money with speeding tickets. You’re not going through a middle life crisis and driving a Ferrari, are you?

No…it’s just a very aggressive road situation. I used to love driving, now…not so much.

Ouch. I wouldn’t like that either. You live in an interesting part of the world.

Macro shots of plants are fun. These look great. I wish my samsung galaxy had a good macro app. I’ll have to look into it!

I am quite sure you have the possibility to use macro with android. You will love it.

I am a bit jealous of the capabilities of the iphone for macro shots. Who would have thought a dying flower could be so elegant and interesting?! Fantastic contribution to the challenge, Lucile.
