The street is quiet and meets beautifully with the silence of nature. The shadows and tones pull me into the image’s possible stories. Nicely captured–a calm and reflective moment. Happy Photo Challenge.

I am very happy with your comment, Sally. I am trying to learn from every photo I make, but I miss not having feedback on the results.
I am grateful and humbled by yours.

Beautiful play of light and shadow; the bare trees, and the light is wonderful adding to the stark contrasts.

I do appreciate your detailed comment. It is always good to learn how the photo is perceived and if what I did has worked. Thank you so much. I learn from that.

Lucile, the length of the shadows lengthens the picture as does the light on the sidewalk that pulls me forward into the scene and to the right, following the light. I always enjoy when the sun is caught the way you captured it.

Oh, thank you. I should have tried. It’s interesting how I changed my perception about this photo after reading all comments. I look at it differently now. Thanks.
