Mystery

Photo101 task asks for the use of light which evokes mystery.

The sunlight is mysterious in itself because it gives a feeling of constant metamorphosis; to remind us that we can accept change in our lives. We can evolve, every day, and start again together with the sun.

I chose the Golden rule by shooting a minute just after sunrise the canal where I live in Amsterdam. This photo was taken with an iPhone 5.

  1. I see mystery there too. All conveys to the horizon, as if the clouds were showing a way.. To where? to what?.. and here comes to sun – to be continued… Thanks for the beautiful picture 🙂

  2. The hues in the sky and water reflections are just gorgeous. The deep shadow of the buildings adds a hint of mystery, almost seems devoid of human life.
    Just you and nature.
